- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour for rolling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 large bananas, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out cookie dough on floured surface to fit baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer dough to baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and lemon juice, then gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread frosting evenly over cooled cookie base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Create a square of blueberries in the top left corner (approximately 1/3 of width and 1/3 of height).
- Arrange sliced strawberries in rows to create red stripes. If using bananas, place them between strawberry rows for white stripes.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow frosting to set.
- Cut into squares with a sharp knife, cleaning the blade between cuts for neat slices.
