  • 2 tbsp (28g) butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
