- ⅓ cup (80ml) milk
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg yolk
- ¼ cup (30g) pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Beat cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth. Refrigerate while preparing batter.
