  • 3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced (about ½ cup/75g)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced (about 2 tbsp/12g)
  • 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp (30g) unsalted butter
  • ½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 medium lime)
  • ¼ cup (15g) fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure proper browning. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then season both sides of the chicken breasts evenly.
