- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate dishes.
- Dredge shrimp in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs. Place on a wire rack.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan to 350-375°F (175-190°C).
- Fry shrimp in small batches for 2-3 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
- Make the sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and salt. Simmer 2-3 minutes, then add lemon juice.
- Gently toss fried shrimp with hot honey sauce, or drizzle sauce over shrimp on a serving platter.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
