Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Let your butter and eggs come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before starting.
  2. Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Cream Butter and Sugars In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
