These Snickers Cookies are what happens when your favorite candy bar and your dream cookie have a delicious baby – one bite and you’ll be hooked for life.

- 2¼ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
- ¾ cup (150g) packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 fun-size Snickers bars (approximately 2 cups when chopped)
- ½ cup (85g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Freeze Snickers bars for 30 minutes, then chop into ½-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Gently fold in chopped Snickers and chocolate chips, reserving some Snickers pieces for topping.
- Drop 2-tablespoon portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Press reserved Snickers pieces on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers look slightly underdone.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
