Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
- 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 large yellow onion (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with the olive oil until coated. Season with the Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Step 3: Add the sausage pieces, diced onion and bell pepper to the bowl and gently toss to combine with the potatoes and seasonings.
- Step 4: Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish. Dot the top evenly with the cubed butter.
- Step 5: Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15-20 more minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Step 6: Let rest 5 minutes, then serve while hot. Enjoy!
