Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 45 breasts)
  • 2 (1 oz) packets dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt to taste (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the crockpot and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sprinkle both packets of dry ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  4. Pour chicken broth around the edges of the crockpot.
  5. Distribute the cubed cream cheese and butter pieces evenly across the top of the seasoned chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Check chicken for doneness (165°F internal temperature).
  8. Remove chicken, whisk sauce until smooth, then return chicken to the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
  10. Serve hot over noodles, rice, or with your favorite sides.
