- 2 packages (3 oz each) oriental-flavored ramen noodles
- 1 bag (12-14 oz) broccoli slaw mix
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- Both seasoning packets from ramen packages
Instructions
- Crush the ramen noodles while still in their packaging. Open packages and set aside seasoning packets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and both ramen seasoning packets until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld while maintaining crunch.
