Oreo Fluff Recipe


Description

This Oreo fluff is what dessert dreams are made of – creamy, crunchy, and ready in 15 minutes flat for those moments when your sweet tooth won’t be ignored.

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1¾ cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 24 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed, divided
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated with no lumps.
  3. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding until well combined and smooth.
  4. Crush 20 Oreo cookies into varied pieces (reserve 4 for topping). Fold crushed cookies and mini marshmallows into the cream cheese-pudding mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula with sweeping motions to maintain fluffiness.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with remaining crushed Oreos, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
