- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1¾ cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 24 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed, divided
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated with no lumps.
- Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding until well combined and smooth.
- Crush 20 Oreo cookies into varied pieces (reserve 4 for topping). Fold crushed cookies and mini marshmallows into the cream cheese-pudding mixture.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula with sweeping motions to maintain fluffiness.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, top with remaining crushed Oreos, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
