- 1 lb 450g ground beef
- 8 oz 225g noodles (egg noodles, udon, or ramen)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
- 1 cup 1 cup bell peppers (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup snap peas or broccoli florets
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Noodles. Start by cooking your noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside. Be sure to toss them with a little bit of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
- Step 2:Cook the Beef. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Brown the beef for about 5-7 minutes until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat if needed.
