- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs or 900g)
- 1 cup (230g) mayonnaise
- ½ cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in your prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between each piece.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and remaining black pepper.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast, covering the entire surface.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden brown.
