  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs or 900g)
  • 1 cup (230g) mayonnaise
  • ½ cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in your prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between each piece.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and remaining black pepper.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast, covering the entire surface.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden brown.
