- 16 oz (454g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup (60ml) hot honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 2 tbsp (30ml) regular honey
- 1/2 tsp (2g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) garlic powder
- 1/4 cup (25g) chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tbsp (8g) finely chopped chives
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Create Cream Cheese Base Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Add hot honey, regular honey, salt, garlic powder, and lemon juice, then beat until fully incorporated.
- Step 2: Mix in Nuts and Chives Fold in most of the chopped nuts and chives, reserving some for garnish, using a rubber spatula to keep the dip airy and light.
- Step 3: Transfer to Serving Bowl Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl, creating a swirled design on top with the spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
- Step 4: Garnish and Serve Before serving, drizzle additional hot honey on top and sprinkle with remaining nuts and chives for a stunning presentation. Enjoy with your favorite dippers!
