Description

This spooky Halloween punch bubbles with vibrant flavor and floating eyeballs that will make your party guests do a double-take. Serve it in a cauldron for the ultimate creepy-cool centerpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 64 oz (1.9 L) cranberry juice, chilled
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 64 oz (1.9 L) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 3 cups (710 ml) orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
  • 23 drops green food coloring
  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • 1 package (12 oz/340 g) frozen blueberries
  • 24 canned lychees, drained
  • 24 maraschino cherries
  • 2 cups (300 g) gummy worms or spider
  • 23 lbs dry ice (optional, for fog effect)
  • Black plastic spiders (for decoration, non-edible)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eyeball garnish by draining the lychees and patting them dry. Insert a blueberry into each lychee cavity. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Stir in sugar until completely dissolved, adjusting amount to taste.
  3. Add 2-3 drops of green food coloring and stir thoroughly to create an eerie color effect.
  4. Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Add the frozen eyeballs and scatter gummy worms or spiders around the edges.
  5. If using dry ice, carefully add small pieces following safety procedures for the dramatic fog effect. Never touch dry ice with bare hands or allow guests to consume it.
  6. Ladle the punch into cups, ensuring each serving gets at least one floating eyeball.
  7. Keep remaining punch chilled and replenish dry ice as needed throughout your event to maintain the misty effect.
