Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz (400g) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 can (14 oz/396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons (42g) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons (12g) black cocoa powder (or activated charcoal food powder)
  • Gel food coloring in purple, blue, and pink/red
  • 2 teaspoons edible silver or gold luster dust
  • 1 tablespoon edible star sprinkles
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt over low heat. Stir constantly until mostly melted, then remove from heat and stir until smooth.
  3. Transfer about 3/4 of the mixture to a separate bowl and add black cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Stir until completely incorporated to create a midnight black base.
  4. Pour the black mixture into your prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  5. Divide remaining white chocolate mixture between three small bowls. Add different gel food coloring to each—purple, blue, and pink/red. Mix each thoroughly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of each colored mixture randomly across the top of the black fudge. Use a toothpick to create gentle swirls, being careful not to overmix.
  7. Sprinkle edible luster dust and star sprinkles across the top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely firm.
  9. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into 16-25 squares with a warm knife.
