This Halloween Buffalo Chicken Dip is dangerously addictive – one bite of this creamy, spicy goodness and you’ll be under its spell all night long.

- 2 cups (16 oz) shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) buffalo wing sauce
- 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Black tortilla chips (for decoration)
- Black olives (for decoration)
- Sliced bell peppers (for decoration)
- Sour cream (for ghost designs)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
- Add buffalo sauce and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in shredded chicken, half of both cheeses, and green onions until evenly distributed.
- Transfer mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling at edges and cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly, then decorate with Halloween-themed designs using sour cream, olives, peppers, and tortilla chips.
- Serve warm with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or toasted bread pieces for dipping.
