Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes, about 1/2 inch in size.
  3. Step 3: Add the olive oil to the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom.
  4. Step 4: Once the oil is hot, add the diced potatoes to the skillet.
  5. Step 5: Cook the potatoes for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden brown.

  13. Step 13: Add the dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet with the turkey.
  14. Step 14: Stir the seasonings into the turkey mixture, ensuring an even distribution of flavor.
  15. Step 15: Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the turkey and onions.
  16. Step 16: Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and stir to combine.
