- Plastic spiders (for decoration)
- Black licorice straws (optional)
- Peeled lychees stuffed with blueberries (for “eyeball” garnish)
Instructions
- Chill all liquid ingredients for at least 4 hours before preparing the punch.
- Set up a double-bowl system by placing a smaller heat-resistant bowl inside your large punch bowl, leaving 2 inches of space between them.
- In a separate container, combine white grape juice, white cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Stir gently to mix.
- Pour the juice mixture into the inner punch bowl of your setup.
- Put on protective gloves and place small chunks of dry ice in the space between the two bowls.
- Pour hot water over the dry ice to create immediate fog effect.
- Just before serving, gently add the lemon-lime soda to the punch.
- Float scoops of lime sherbet or vanilla ice cream on top if desired.
- Add spooky garnishes like gummy worms and “eyeballs” around the edges.
- Serve using a ladle, being careful to scoop only from the inner bowl containing the actual punch.
- Replenish the dry ice and hot water every 30 minutes for continuous fog effects.
