Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) triple cream brie
  • 1 tablespoon fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh figs
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves only, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • A pinch of kosher sea salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Unwrap the brie and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Step 4: Chop the fresh figs into small pieces and scatter them on top of the brie.
  5. Step 5: Drizzle honey over the figs and brie.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle a pinch of kosher sea salt on top.
  7. Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  8. Step 8: Remove from the oven and top with chopped pecans, thyme leaves, and rosemary.
  9. Step 9: Serve warm with toasted baguette slices and crackers.
