Description

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs, large
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup real beef bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Step 2: Crack eggs into a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Step 3: Add the heavy cream to the bowl.
  4. Step 4: Whisk until the eggs are fully beaten.
  5. Step 5: Add the salt, pepper and onion powder to the bowl.
  6. Step 6: Whisk well again.
  7. Step 7: Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased non stick saute pan over medium heat.
  8. Step 8: Gently push the eggs around as they cook.
  9. Step 9: Once the eggs no longer look wet, add 1/2 cup of the Beef bits to the pan.
  10. Step 10: Stir the Beef and eggs together well.
  11. Step 11: Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
  12. Step 12: Slice the English muffins in half and place them, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
  13. Step 13: Spread a thin layer of chili sauce on each English muffin.
  14. Step 14: Spoon the Beef and egg mixture onto the English muffins.
  15. Step 15: Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the egg.
  16. Step 16: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Beef bits on top of the cheese.
  17. Step 17: Place the pan in the oven and bake the breakfast pizzas until the cheese on top is completely melted. 8-10 minutes.
  18. Step 18: Serve and enjoy!
