Ingredients

- 8 eggs, large
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 cup real beef bits
- 6 English muffins
- 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.
- Step 2: Crack eggs into a medium mixing bowl.
- Step 3: Add the heavy cream to the bowl.
- Step 4: Whisk until the eggs are fully beaten.
- Step 5: Add the salt, pepper and onion powder to the bowl.
- Step 6: Whisk well again.
- Step 7: Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased non stick saute pan over medium heat.
- Step 8: Gently push the eggs around as they cook.
- Step 9: Once the eggs no longer look wet, add 1/2 cup of the Beef bits to the pan.
- Step 10: Stir the Beef and eggs together well.
- Step 11: Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
- Step 12: Slice the English muffins in half and place them, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
- Step 13: Spread a thin layer of chili sauce on each English muffin.
- Step 14: Spoon the Beef and egg mixture onto the English muffins.
- Step 15: Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the egg.
- Step 16: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Beef bits on top of the cheese.
- Step 17: Place the pan in the oven and bake the breakfast pizzas until the cheese on top is completely melted. 8-10 minutes.
- Step 18: Serve and enjoy!
