- 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting the bun)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Bun: Start by slicing your sandwich bun in half. Toast it in a toaster or under a broiler until it’s golden and crispy. While it’s toasting, you can begin preparing the other ingredients.
- Cook the Ham: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the slices of ham. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until heated through and slightly crispy on the edges. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with a fork until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a small amount of butter to the skillet and cook the eggs over low heat, stirring constantly until they’re soft and scrambled. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet.
