Easy Easter Dip

Easy Easter Dip

Description

This Easy Easter Dip with pastel swirls and candy surprises will be the first thing to disappear from your holiday table. Trust me, you’ll want to make a double batch!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 23 drops food coloring (pastel colors)
  • 1 cup assorted Easter candies (M&Ms, chopped Cadbury eggs, sprinkles)
  • Graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, and fresh fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and butter together in a large bowl until completely smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until incorporated, then increase to medium speed for another minute. Fold in marshmallow fluff with a rubber spatula.
  3. Pour in the cooled melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium speed until thoroughly combined.
  4. Add food coloring to achieve desired pastel shade. For a swirled effect, separate into bowls, tint each differently, then gently fold back together.
  5. Reserve 1/4 cup Easter candies for topping, then gently fold the remaining candies into the dip.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with reserved candies, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with assorted dippers.
