This Easy Easter Dip with pastel swirls and candy surprises will be the first thing to disappear from your holiday table. Trust me, you’ll want to make a double batch!
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
- 6 oz white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2–3 drops food coloring (pastel colors)
- 1 cup assorted Easter candies (M&Ms, chopped Cadbury eggs, sprinkles)
- Graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, and fresh fruit for dipping
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese and butter together in a large bowl until completely smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until incorporated, then increase to medium speed for another minute. Fold in marshmallow fluff with a rubber spatula.
- Pour in the cooled melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium speed until thoroughly combined.
- Add food coloring to achieve desired pastel shade. For a swirled effect, separate into bowls, tint each differently, then gently fold back together.
- Reserve 1/4 cup Easter candies for topping, then gently fold the remaining candies into the dip.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with reserved candies, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with assorted dippers.
