Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly or pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
- Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Bread the Chicken.
- Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls:.
- Bowl 1: Flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bowl 2: Whisked eggs.
