  • ¼ cup (25g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (8g) fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes. This preheating step is essential for achieving that immediate sear that leads to the crispiest air fryer gnocchi.
  2. Step 2: While the air fryer preheats, place the gnocchi in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to coat each piece evenly. If using spray oil instead, lightly mist the gnocchi while tossing to ensure complete coverage.
