- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat and Prepare Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside for coating.
