Chicken Ranch Wraps

These Chicken Ranch Wraps are the perfect grab-and-go meal that delivers big flavor without the fuss – juicy chicken, creamy ranch, and fresh veggies all rolled into one satisfying package.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (about 2 medium breasts)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing, plus extra for serving
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season and cook chicken breasts if not using pre-cooked chicken, then allow to rest for 5 minutes before dicing or shredding into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken with 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring well to coat evenly.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly in microwave or dry skillet to make them more pliable, then spread 1-2 tablespoons of ranch dressing on each, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer shredded lettuce on top of the ranch dressing, followed by the seasoned chicken mixture, tomatoes, red onion, cheese, and optional bacon and avocado.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla toward the center, then tightly roll from the bottom up, enclosing all fillings.
  6. If desired, lightly toast the assembled wrap in a panini press or skillet until golden and crispy on the outside.
  7. Slice diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for later.
