Monkey bread gets a savory makeover! This pull-apart sensation combines garlicky bread, tender chicken, and creamy Alfredo sauce for the ultimate comfort food experience.

- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce, homemade or store-bought
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place in a large mixing bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Toss until coated.
- Add Alfredo sauce to the biscuit pieces and toss until lightly coated.
- Spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray. Add one-third of the coated biscuit pieces, then sprinkle with one-third of the chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layering twice more.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and center reaches 165°F.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then run a knife around edges and invert onto a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and green onions. Serve warm, allowing guests to pull apart sections.
