These Cheesy Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks give you all the glory of pizza night with none of the fuss. Bite-sized bliss with that perfect cheese pull in every snack!

- 1 lb (454g) refrigerated pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz (227g) mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 small sticks
- 4 oz (113g) pepperoni slices, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (16g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (3g) Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp (1.5g) garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp (0.5g) red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup (240ml) marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Allow pizza dough to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide dough into 24 equal portions and flatten each into a 3-inch circle, making edges slightly thinner than center.
- Place a mozzarella stick and teaspoon of chopped pepperoni in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold edges up and over filling, pinching firmly to seal. Roll between palms to smooth seams, then place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Mix olive oil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Brush mixture over each snack.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
