  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
