- 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas or spinach wraps
- 1 pound sliced roasted turkey breast
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon
- 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or green leaf)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: 4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1 tablespoon of the mayo-mustard mixture evenly across the surface, leaving a half-inch border.
- Place a lettuce leaf in the center, then layer about 4 ounces of turkey slices on top, covering about two-thirds of the tortilla. Add cheese if using.
- Arrange 2-3 tomato slices in a row across the center of the turkey. Place avocado slices alongside the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Break 2 slices of bacon in half and arrange them on top of the vegetables in the center of the wrap.
- Fold in both sides of the tortilla about an inch. Then, fold the bottom up and over the filling. Continue rolling tightly, keeping ingredients compact as you roll.
- Cut the wrap diagonally in half with a sharp knife. Serve immediately or wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
