Description
These Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are what party food dreams are made of – all the flavor of buffalo wings with none of the mess, rolled into perfect bite-sized spirals that everyone will fight over.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 8 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (about 2 oz)
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery (about 1 stalk)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- Optional: 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce, mixing until completely smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken, blue cheese crumbles, diced celery, green onions, garlic powder, and salt until evenly distributed.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread approximately 1/4 of the buffalo chicken mixture evenly across, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
- Starting with the edge closest to you, tightly roll the tortilla away from yourself. Immediately wrap the roll in plastic wrap, twisting the ends to secure.
- Refrigerate wrapped rolls for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, unwrap and cut into 3/4-inch slices using a sharp serrated knife.
- Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter with the spiral pattern facing up.
