  • 4 cups (about 2 pounds) cooked, chopped chicken breast ((homemade seasoned and baked, or rotisserie))
  • 3/4 cup small diced Granny Smith apple
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
  2. Step 2: Make sure your chicken is completely cool. Chop it up and add it to the bowl.
  3. Step 3: Gently fold in the apple, cranberries, and pecans.
