Bang Bang Chicken Dip

Creamy, spicy, and totally addictive. This Bang Bang Chicken Dip will be the first empty dish at your next party, guaranteed.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (about 8 oz of rotisserie chicken)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced (reserve some for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Make sure cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Stir in the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, ¾ cup of the mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup of the cheddar cheese, and most of the sliced green onions (save some for garnish).
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 1.5-quart baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are bubbling and top is golden brown.
  7. Optional: Broil for the final 1-2 minutes for an extra golden top.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with reserved green onions and cilantro.
  9. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
