Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz/170g each), skin-on
- 1 package (5.2 oz/150g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each fillet with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened Boursin cheese with minced garlic, lemon zest, fresh dill, and lemon juice.
- Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, covering the top completely.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork but still maintains a moist center.
- For a golden top, broil for the final minute, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and serve with lemon wedges.
