Description

These Air Fryer Nutella Bombs deliver molten chocolate-hazelnut goodness in every bite – crispy on the outside, ooey-gooey on the inside, and ready in just minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray (for the air fryer basket)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate Nutella for 30 minutes, then scoop into 8 equal portions on parchment paper and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Unroll crescent dough on a floured surface, pinch perforations together, and cut into 8 equal squares.
  3. Place a portion of chilled Nutella in the center of each dough square, then fold edges up and around, pinching firmly to seal.
  4. Roll each filled dough ball between your palms to create a smooth ball with no visible seams.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush each dough ball with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C), spray basket with cooking spray, and place bombs with space between them.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 2-3 minutes, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve while warm and gooey inside.
