Description

Unlock sweet-meets-savory perfection in minutes! This crispy glazed salmon is the easiest gourmet dinner you’ll ever make on a busy weeknight.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (about 1½ tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, sriracha (if using), and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour two-thirds of the honey garlic mixture over them, reserving the rest for later. Let marinate while preheating the air fryer.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place salmon fillets skin-side down, ensuring they don’t touch.
  6. Cook for 7-10 minutes, brushing the reserved honey garlic mixture onto the salmon around the 5-minute mark.
  7. Check for doneness at 7 minutes – salmon should reach 145°F internal temperature or flake easily with a fork while maintaining moisture.
  8. Remove carefully with a spatula and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
