- 1½ pounds (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¾ cup (75g) grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup (60g) panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley, lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ¼-inch thickness. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and salt. In another bowl, mix Caesar dressing, olive oil, and lemon zest.
- Dip each chicken cutlet in the Caesar mixture, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture to coat completely. Let rest 5 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed). Spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, flip, spray lightly again, and cook another 4-5 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 2-3 minutes before serving with optional garnishes.
