  1. Step 1: Peel the bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl. Mash them with a fork or potato masher until smooth and creamy. For a smoother texture, you can also blend them in a blender.
  2. Step 2: Add 1 cup of oats and 2 large eggs to the mashed bananas. Mix everything together thoroughly until you have a batter-like consistency.
  3. Step 3: If you prefer a smoother batter, you can use a blender to mix the ingredients. For a more rustic, hearty texture, just stir the mixture with a spoon until well-combined.
